I hired this company to complete a project on water damage and water remediation through an insurance claim. The owner was nice and very respectful, however. His project manager showed up late or not at all and smelled like alcohol when he did come. The project took a month to complete because they kept calling and rescheduling and would only show for about an hour at a time. It was very frustrating for me. I had work that needed to be completed but due to the problems with the workers, it never was. The project manager did not provide updated quotes to me after the damages were more than the insurance company would cover which he did not even seem to know. Then I reached out to the owner and the workers were fired but there was never follow upon completing the mold remediation or even providing a quote. Someone was supposed to come out and that never happened. After over a month of getting the runaround, I was tired of it and it seemed like the work was complete. Unfortunately, I am here now months later with the same problem and have a new company look at it to tell me that the job was never completed. And the problem was not fully resolved.

Dale and Christine were so knowledgeable. We explained our problem (husband was having migraines), they looked at our house, and determined the best areas to test. Then, when the results came back, Dale called and provided a detailed explanation about the results. I have told all the neighbors about them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
