I cannot say enough great things about Dale and his company. I was referred to him by a friend and even after first having another 'insurance-preferred' water remediation company provide service, we still went with Safer Building Solutions in the end. Short story = You can trust Dale and Safer Building Solutions. Long story... We had our main waterline break and completely flooded our crawlspace (like a swimming pool). Our insurance company only has two preferred vendors for these circumstances. We used one of these companies to remove the water, remove the vapor barrier (only by my request) and leave 3 fans and 1 dehumidifier for 6 days (only after my insistence). They originally didn't want to leave any equipment. After 5 days of repeatedly complaining they had done all they could do and had told the same thing to my insurance company, they removed the equipment even though the crawlspace was still soaking wet. They simply stated that "They don't dry dirt." Then I got an invoice for nearly $3,000. A friend had originally told me to call Dale at Safer Building Solutions, so I did. Dale came out a day+ later and inspected the crawlspace and unfortunately showed us pictures where mold had now started growing because the other company had left things "completely saturated and untreated". He immediately inserted 4 fans and explained what needed to happen next. He was very patient and hugely accommodating even knowing I was conversing with insurance and still having to pay the other remediation company for essentially the same service but now with added mold remediation. Winton and Julian were great - very professional, helpful and efficient. And after weeks with more dehumidifiers, an inside air-scrubber, insulation removal/replacement, mold cleaner applied, fungicide sprayed and fogged - Dale was still more than fair on the cost and payment terms. What made things feel right to me was when Dale said, "If you were my daughter. this is what I would do...". He understands what's important. As others have said here too... He's one of the good ones!

Dale was able to come out to the home quickly and offer economical and great solutions to recent mushroom development in the bathroom. Issue has cleared up and would highly recommend and use again!
