I had a really odd problem. I called 4 or 5 companies that I had been referred to by friends. No one could help. I went to Home Advisor, which I normally would not do. I'm so glad I did because I found Safer Building Solutions, LLC. Dale Frank responded promptly. I hired them and they stayed in constant touch during the process and finished the job as promised. They used a lot of plastic to protect surfaces from the sheet rock dust. What did get dusty they cleaned up super well, put the furniture/rugs back in place and when they left it was perfect. The job involved a little less work than expected and Dale even charged less than the quote. I trust these guys. Lee W.

Our daughter has CIRS, so we needed to make sure our home was as free of mold as possible. Dale came to our home and made a preliminary assessment. He scheduled a return visit to bring his HVAC man with him. We had visible mold on the back wall of a closet. While no other visible mold was located, Dale proposed a very reasonable and thorough plan for eliminating the visible mold and cleaning HVAC units and duct work for a very reasonable price. We accepted and Dale s men were at the house the next day. The work took a little longer than anticipated, but once completed, we were very pleased. All of the employees were very polite and prompt. Communication was always easy and quick. I would highly recommend this company to others with mold issues.

Dale is a wonderful representative for Safer Building Solutions. He tested my house for mold and quickly came up with a treatment plan. I did not follow through with treatment because of the cost . . . but will certainly use the company when/if I do opt for treatment. In the meantime, I'm going to try to do some needed cleaning of the basement, where most of the problem exists.

Dale is a man of great integrity. We had some communication breakdown at the beginning and Dale then went above and beyond to make things right. I can honestly say I have never contracted with a company that cares more about the customer than Dale. He is a true professional!
