I recently purchased an old home that had mold throughout the crawlspace. I got several estimates for remediation of the mold and decided to hire Safer Building Solutions. I've worked with several companies as I've renovated different parts of my house, and Safer Building Solutions has easily been the best company I've worked with. Adam was the person that worked on my crawlspace - incredible guy. He's very professional and extremely detailed in his work. You can tell that he puts passion in his work. Dale, the owner, is super friendly and definitely has a passion for helping others. A few months after I had my crawlspace cleaned I discovered that I had mold in a separate area of my house. Dale was really quick at responding to my needs. Adam worked on this project also - I really could not be more pleased with results. I gladly give Safer Building Solutions my highest recommendation.

Dale and the guys at Safer Building Solutions were so great and easy to work with. After my mother passed away, there was a huge mess in the basement of her house caused by years of flooding and animals. The guys came in, completely cleared out the basement, taking great care to find any personal mementos (photos, artwork, etc) to set them aside for me. They were so kind and understanding during a very difficult time and did an amazing job in just 3 days, clearing out all of the ruined items from the basement and treating the mold. Very nice guys, fair pricing, and excellent customer service.
