From the beginning of getting a bid to the end of the remediation this project went very well. The Owner, Frank Dale, requested a second site visit during my bid review to assure we were on the same page of what he was proposing and to ask if there was anything that should be deleted or added. He came on the first day of work and numerous times during. His site leader, Morgan, was great - in communications, in supervising the crew, and in giving me status at end of each day. I hired a 3rd party tester, Certified Inspectors of America (Dale Ortman - excellent) and tests indicated mold remediation was successful - I had 5 places tested inside and the normal outside standard. I highly recommend Safe Building Solutions.

We first used Safer Building Solutions in 2020. We had mold from all the rain & moisture. They tested for mold, cleaned the air & fogged. They did an amazing job. Dale has great communication skills. Recently my husband & I both got Covid so I called Dale again. They cleaned the air in our home & fogged to get rid of this nasty virus. I would definitely use them again.

I live in an apartment complex that has had mold issues for years. Their method or "fix" was to cut out the wallboards, patch and make look "pretty". This October I noticed active mold growing in my guest batch and guest closet. They came and "fixed" it (see above) and set fans up to "dry out" the mold. As an asthmatic and with mold allergies, I started coughing early November. I was tested for COVID four times from early November to mid January, all negative. The mold came back in full force in December, same rooms, but much more wide spread. The apartment cut out more walls and again put fans in to dry out the walls, dissipating mold spores throughout my home. My coughing got so much worse, I was diagnosed with asthmatic bronchitis. Something did not feel right. I called Dale and they came out the next day to inspect and swab these 2 rooms. Within 2 days I had test results which were very concerning. They gave me enough information to be able to break my lease without penalty. Furthermore, they treated the apartment with a plant-based fogger so that the next residents would have a TEMPORARY safe environment for at least 6 months. I highly recommend Dale and his team. They showed great compassion, ethics and caring for their clients. Thank you Dale and Devante!

Dale and his team were extremely helpful and thorough. After my basement flooded they tested for mold in my home. They explained everything they were doing and made me feel comfortable.

Safer Building Solutions did a great job for me. One of my companies tech broke a water pipe at a worksite. We brought in SBS to clean up the spill and water damage. The job was done professionally and with great care. I will use SBS moving forward.
