Very Fast and Did an amazing job

Tyler was the technician who handled my project. He called the day of service to see if he could start early. Unfortunately I was not ready for him to begin early since I had to have the house cleaners return to fix the job they did the day before. Was able to have him arrive at the initial agreed upon time. He was extremely professional and up front about what the cost would be to do all that was requested of him. He did an excellent job with what he had to work with. (Not new carpeting) He worked very quickly and efficiently and even took special care with a few pet stains. It was a pleasure to have him clean my carpets to get my home ready to sell. I would highly recommend Pro Steam Carpet Cleaners. Tyler was communicative through the whole process and I am very happy with the job he did. This company is highly recommended. I will definitely hire them again.

Starting with conversation with receptionist and till the staff who was doing the work I will give each one of them A+ Thanks to HomeAdvisor I found this company and emailed them with brief description of areas that work needed to be done. 1 They called the same day. 2. I had manager himself the next day come and do FREE estimate on work size and price. It was so affordable (we are upper middle class family), so I included Tile & Grout Cleaning along the main service of carpet cleaning. 3. The following day we had worker in our house doing amazing job. Young man was very polite, listened/answered to all my questions and wishes. He even asked if our pets have some areas of accidents, that was so. I am very critical of work: the way he cleaned my fabric chairs was absolutely surprising to see, so precise. We have thick, light carpets with problematic traffic areas. He worked on those areas diligently, even went over those second time. Result: I still can see traffic areas, but whole carpet (including those areas) is much brighter, fresher and crisper. I am saying it for those who is expecting to see brand new carpet on their floor after cleaning - you don't. He could have keep going over it again and again, but I was worrying that my carpet can fall apart after such intense brushing, so I asked him to leave it along. I will suggest to be more realistic about results. Grout and tile are so much lighter and brighter now, love it! After he finished work, he went back and dried all tile areas with his rugs (so it won't stay wet and I can walk over it safely). Before he left we finished financial transaction, I got all copies. He asked if there is anything else I need or any questions about work, to be sure that I have all info I need. Carpet was drying 4-6 hours and he explained to me why I can't put my furniture back on it till full dryness (other way I would have put everything back). Again, very professional from the beginning to the end, very friendly and affordable.... I will be recommending them to all my friends 100% Thank you ProSteamCarpetCare&Restoration and HomeAdvisor
