The $15 'service charge' that wasn't explained to me when I scheduled. I don't like hidden charges, and this really irritated me; if it weren't for that, I would have given customer service and value a five star rating.

They are not the company to use to clean your vents properly. They are using total deceptive policy to get you in and not doing a thorough job to clean of the vents and the furnace. They used a hose to do the cleaning. If you get your vents cleaned get a professional that does both the vents and the furnace.

We do clean both vents and furnace if requested we gave you a price of $75 to clean the furnace for you. We also do t use just a hose to clean the vents, we use a truck Mount unit designed to clean air ducts. We do guarantee all of our work and if your un happy about anything we will come back out for you and fix any problems. Thank you

In regards to vent cleaning: Serviceman advised that although they were not able to clean the vents on the upper level of my home (there company is not able to clean the vents due to the material used for that floors venting), cleaning the vents on the main level of my home and the vents on the basement level, as well as the dryer vent would dramatically impact the amount of dust in my home. The price for these recommended items was originally quoted at around $900. The serviceman called his boss at my request to see if they would be willing to do the job for around $700 and he countered a bit higher and we proceeded. It has been 6 months now and I have been switching out my A/C filter every 14 days (using a premium 1800 allergen filter for each replacement - each filter costing about $35). I am a very young & new homeowner so I be been keeping track of the dust pile up throughout my home since the service was performed and have seen absolutely no improvement. Beyond disgusted and disappointed that I believed the serviceman and paid over $700 for what seems to be absolutely nothing.
