My wall to wall beige rugs were cleaned but the heavier traffic area's remained DARK. I pointed these areas out to him and his response was he pretreated those areas and that was the best he could do. These rugs were cleaned four years ago and they were perfect. They should redo the work or give me a large discount.

A technician stretched carpeting in two bedrooms and one walk in closet. He did a great job and left no mess.

The guy was professional and friendly but spent less than 20 minutes total to clean three rooms??? Two of the rooms were upstairs bedrooms so the 20 minutes included the time for him to get his equipment upstairs and back down. He tried to up sell a deep cleaning service for an additional $40-$50 which I declined. I feel like their basic service is a total rip off and isnÂ’t worth the money. Next time IÂ’m going with another company.

Provided a competitive base rate, but up charges were expensive for additional cleaning services. Carpets in notable traffic areas were slightly soiled but appeared far dirtier after cleaning. Disappointing results. Will not use again...!
