Thank you to an exceptional job. We had multiple rugs to get cleaned. They were very dirty... thanks to our dogs who like to play in the dirt outside and then bring it inside. Tory, our technician, was extremely professional and courteous. He did an exceptional job cleaning my rugs and explaining everything he did from deodorizing to scotch guarding. He is a high performer and a great asset to the company. High recommend this company and Tory as the technician. Thank you!

We have been asked to provide this rating very soon after the duct cleaning was done, so we honestly don't know yet how effective it was. But the customer service was excellent, both courteous and efficient.
