Hi, We have asked the ProSteam representative, asked him estimate; he said some high price; we have asked how it will be after clean; he said not sure then we said no service required; ProSteam representative will do demo if you like then do for service; after demo, he got sign from us and we are not satisfied and said NO service required then ask us to pay $90.00 for demo We discussed with him that you showed demo and not said about any amount; He is not agree with and he showed signed paper that pay $90.00 still we are refused to pay; he call his office and we said he did demo; they said there is no demo then we asked why he did demo; they also ask us pay $90.00 still refused because he did demo; ProSteam representative called 911; cop came and discussed both us about what happened not answer cop said the company can bill collection and then court. we don't have time for that so I paid finally

We cleaned all of this customers tile and grout then he refused to pay and started to talk about a demo? A demo is a small area my technician cleaned all of the floor and then he refused to pay, we had to call a police officer because we do not work for free and that?s what this customer wanted us to do. I feel as if this customer was trying to rip us off and take advantage of us.

Quoted me a price on the phone then charged way more after the technician arrived

I'm sorry to hear this, but it's really hard to give exact prices over the phone especially for carpet stretching and repairs. We do have a set price for stretching, but if you need and seams that is additional and we don't know until we get there. You are not obligated to anything, once we arrive we do give free estimates.     HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
