Prosteam Carpet Care and Restoration

We had our dryer vent cleaned. our vent is on the roof and we were skeptical because we had this done before and it only lasted a short while. So this was just done and we are very satisfied with the technician that did the work and the results. Our only hope is that it lasts. Our technician was professional and understanding of our concerns. He also was careful to clean up any mess made.

I was satisfied with the carpet stretch but looks like the living room area has the buckle coming back.. The guys were awesome and very fast.

They explained what they were going to do. Gave a written estimate. We did have a couple of minor miscommunications, however they acknowledged and rectified the issues. Very satisfied with the job.

Tylor did an amazing job. I've never had my tile cleaned before but he ran me through the process and let me check his work. Very kind, smart, understanding and an overall very professional person. Thanks so much Tylor for all your hard work

The customer service was excellent. Very helpful. Very courteous & explained everything. The technician, Tyler was amazing. So very patient with us, we weren't prepared when he got here. I told him what I wanted done & issues that I had with my carpets. I had a very heavy soiled traffic area at my front door. I also have a cat that sprayed my family room because for some reason he is a very high strung cat. Unfortunately it raised the price significantly. It needed to be done, so I put faith in Tyler. When he was done, I was speechless. My carpets looked amazing. They were so clean, not 1 single spot, no cat urine oder. Tyler did an excellent job. Very professional, helpful, went above & beyond. I would recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much Tyler for all of your hard work. You did an amazing job

I paid to have my carpet steam cleaned because this was rental property and I knew my carpets were dirty. They did make an effort to get most of the stains out, however, I feel they could have spent more time getting the carpets clean. The carpets dried with visible dirt streaks. The next day I actually took my home carpet cleaner and was able to finish the job and get the carpets much cleaner. Pro Steam was quick getting the carpets done however they were not as clean as I expected from a professional steam cleaning company.

Customer service was outstanding and led me in the right direction after reviewing my specific needs. They called to be certain that I was satisfied!. Zack who did the work was terrific.
