He could've done better. He got out a big coffee stain but I'm not really happy with the rest of their work. Water marks on the arms which didn't come.

There were $15.00 of service charge which was not informed before service was performed.

I'm sorry we do tell our customers there is a $15 service fee which is for water and waste disposal and a gas surcharge. This was just implemented recently due to the city?s strict code for waste disposal.

My appointment was cancelled twice on the day they were scheduled. They did not have a vacuum to clean up the lint they left behind. They did not turn the dryer on after they cleaned so any remaining lint in vent was forced to the outside vent cover and glogged the outside vent cover. We had to go out and remove the lint from the vent to the outside.
