I would advise after getting an estimate over the phone that an email be sent to show what was discussed. I should have went with my first company.

Brandon did an excellent job. He was very pleasant and professional. I hope to use him to steam clean and seal my tile.

The re-stretching of my carpet was done well. My furniture was moved carefully and returned to its original placement. I found the office manager, Crystal, to be less than pleasant on the phone and rather rigid about pricing; hence the lower rating on customer service. That said, I would probably use this company again because I was pleased with work they did.

They did a good job but failed to get tile fully clean around the base boards. There was 1-2 inches from the base boards around the entire room that was wasn't cleaned well. My wife was able to take a scrub brush and get it clean. They offered to come out a take care of it but she had already done it. Workers were very nice and pleasant. Front office was very concerned and apologized.

Tech arrived on time and was very personable and professional.

Soaked through floor causing damage to basement ceiling.
