The company didn't have the proper tools or equipment needed and had to come back and still didn't have necessary tools. Now they need to come back again for a 3rd time to clean edges of the floor by the wall. Totally Disappointed.

Hi Diane, We had the proper tools to do the cleaning of your floors and we are sending someone back out for the 3rd time for you to see what else we can possibly do to make you a happy customer. So when giving a 1* for value I would have to disagree with that. We have been to your home going on 3 times for $89 I don't think too many other companies would be willing to do that. Same with the 1* for quality we are doing what we can to satisfy you as a customer.

I was a little disappointed because the spots did not come out of my carpet. I also had a small repair done, and I felt the fee for the repair was high.

We can come back out and try to remove the spots sometimes they can come back as the carpet dries if it's coming up from the pad. What is your name? I can call you tomorrow.
