We returned from vacation and the garage door wouldn't open. We noticed that one of the brackets holding the tracks to the door had ripped out of the door so we called for an estimate to fix it. The were great on the phone and arrived promptly at the time they said they would. He showed us that multiple had issues and the previous owners had attempted to repair some but they also were beginning to rip again so really the best choice would be to replace the garage door. We scheduled the replacement for the next week and again he arrived in the alloted time slot and well prepared. What surprised me was that they didn't just replace the door panels but put new tracks up as well. He also noticed that the wiring for the blockage sensor had an issue and took the time to fix it for us at no additional cost. The new door is definitely a step in quality from what we had and we are very happy with it. Even though the motor is the same it actually is quieter when opening/closing. We are very pleased with the work and would use them again.

Called late on Friday afternoon for service to my garage door.  Brandon arrived right on time on Saturday morning.  My door would not open all the way without tryiing several times.  He immediately saw that the springs (double 18 ft. door) were not helping to raise the door and the motor was doing all the work.  He showed me that the door by itself should be easy to lift if the springs are in good shape.  Because I had waited so long in calling (months) and forcing the door to open, I also needed some replacement parts on the motor.  Brandon showed me the metal shavings and also the part as he removed it. (Definitely broken).  He did the work quickly and efficiently with no surprises.  If needed, I will call Precision again and will recommend them to my family and friends.
