Rick from Precision Garage Door was very professional and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done to replace the springs on the door and some possible optional maintenance on the rollers.  He was also helpful in giving me tips on maintaining the door and garage door opener.  He also fixed some wiring on the bottom door sensors that I thought was above and beyond the call of duty.  The job was completed much quicker than I thought it would be.  Rick even adjusted the garage door opener such that it opens and closes much better than it ever has.  I would definitely use Precision again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I'm the pickiest guy I know, but I just couldn't imagine a more professional repair. He even came earlier than promised. The repair would have been $120 cheaper if I hadn't been requesting emergency Saturday night repairs. I would recommend this outfit, and this technician in particular without hesitation. A+++

I called on a Saturday morning and scheduled an appointment  for later that day.  The technician called me just before the quoted time window and said he was on the way. He arrived, opened the door (stuck in closed position) and assessed the problem as broken spring.  He quoted price and after I approved, removed and replaced the 2 door springs. After completion, he demonstrated it was working properly and balance. Very responsive; repair was quick and complete?i even received an Angie's list member discount...
