The workers were efficient, quick, and knowledgeable. They completed the job in a very short time. When they left the door was working perfectly. They gave us three different price points to select from for our repair and there was no pressure to choose any particular price point. When we made our choice they quickly went right to work and got the job done. It was a bit expensive , but it was worth the work that was done. I would definitely recommend them.

The service technician performed in a very professional manner, explaining everything as he proceeded to fix my door.

The repairman was on time, very nice, found the problem and made repairs and made some adjustments. He was very professional. When he left the door opener was back in operation and working great. If needed I will use him again.

Great ? Responded immediately and arrived within about an hour (on Sunday). Suggested I replace both not just 1 so I did. I told him about the backup battery on the opener was dead. He had the replacement on the truck so I had him replace it also!!! 2 and one half hours from problem to solution how could I ask for more?

Weve only just had the work done so I dont know the quality of workmanship hey. But the technician seemed knowledgeable, was very courteous, and the work was done in no time.

Hunter, the technician who worked on my project, was knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with. Office staff were extremely helpful. Appointment was easily scheduled. I cannot say enough positive things about Precision Door Service. And the cost of the project (repairing nonfunctional door - required a new circuit board) was extremely reasonable. Iâ m recommending Precision to everyone I know who needs this service.
