Write a ReviewMy garage door opened very noisily, so when I saw the deal of the day, I purchased the $99 coupon which included a tune-up and 4 new nylon rollers. When the technician inspected my unit, he noticed the overhead chain dangling and showed me where the motor was wearing out and causing the chain to loosen  up ... that was causing the noise also. He replaced the motor, tuned up the unit, and replaced the bottom two and top two rollers. The technician was very nice, and besides the $99 coupon, I received additional discounts for the additional work of replacing the motor ... 5% senior citizen discount and 10% with an Angie's List coupon: $99 + $138 - $20.70 = $216.30
The repairman was on time. He was very professional, explained all the details of the probllem to a novice like me- garage door torsion spring was broken and door could not be opened. The garage initially had only one spring instead of two. He replaced the broken spring and added another one, replaced the center bearing plate and the rollers.

Our old door was original to the house (35 years old), and had been slowly falling apart. I had limped the door along as long as I could, and when a spring broke, we decided to put the cost of spring replacement towards a new door.  Precision sent someone the next day and he was very helpful. My wife and I decided to get a little bit nicer door, and found out that it would be 2 weeks before the door would be available.  I called other installers they all said the same thing, so if you want something other than the standard door in a couple colors, be prepared for that. Precision wasn?t the cheapest price we received, but they had a 10% off coupon for Angie?s List members and that put them in the range of everyone else. The door was available when they said (actually a day early), the installer arrived on time, and he did a great job.  He even found that one of the hinges that the manufacturer had included was bent so he met up with another installer and got a replacement. He took the time to do it right the first time, and I appreciate that. The door looks great, and is much quieter than our old one.
