We looked around Angie's List and called a couple businesses that were closer to the house than Precision, but we got their answering machines.  When we called Precision, we talked to a person.  They were very nice, very accommodating throughout our dealing with them and they sent a tech out the same day. Eric showed up on time, called ahead to say he was on the way.  He was very polite, very professional.  The ratty door that we couldn't get up, I wouldn't even say had seen better days, it was just junk, but Eric priced out the things it needed to get back in action and it was around $500.  So we asked about the cost of two new doors, insulated (the old ones weren't) one double and one single.  Came out to $2000 installed.  So we went with the new ones.  They weren't pushing new doors, my wife asked him about them, so don't feel like these guys are high sales and high pressure.  They do the job they are given and give you the options.  Very nice people. They came out the following Monday to put the new doors up and they look great.  One door had a small issue that I noticed and called the office and explained what it did, to which they said they would dispatch a tech out.  Operating the door a couple more times, we could not duplicate the problem, so I called Precision back to say they didn't need to come since I didn't expect them to fix something they couldn't duplicate.  To which Bob at the office replied he would have a guy to come out and look at it to make sure everything is ok, just to be sure.  Very impressive I thought.  Eric came by around 5 or 6pm and we explained what it did, by operating the door he was able to find a bit of  binding as the door transitioned around the corner from vertical to horizontal.  He fixed that problem and the door has been perfect since.  From start to finish, everyone we dealt with at Precision Door was  great.  We weren't planning on buying two new doors last week, but I'm glad we did, they look great, much better than the old ones, work great too.  I'm very glad we had Angie's List to use and find Precision, they were great start to finish as I said earlier, superb product, but the people make the company and we are very pleased.

They were able to get here and fix the door in less than 24 hours. Everyone I talked to was very professional and friendly. The technician did an excellent job and finished quickly. The price was reasonable and I received a discount for being an Angie's list member. I would definitely use them again.
