Precision Door Service of Jackson

Came back from a bike ride and I suddenly heard a funny noise from the garage door and it wouldn't open!   I tried the "emergency" opening (pulling down the red cord) and it still wouldn't open! From previous experience (maintenance on my garage door), I called Precision Door Service.  From the time I called, I was extremely impressed and pleased with Precision Door Service-I'll never use another service if they are available! The person who answered the phone was very reassuring ("we can handle that" in response to my excited comments on what was wrong) and professional, got all the information etc.  When she heard I was locked in, she immediately scheduled an 8 a.m. appointment.  She was also very professional, got all the information and confirmed my appointment with an e-mail. The technician's picture, experience and even his interest in University of Memphis sports was noted on their web page, so I even knew what he looked like when he came to the door! He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a detailed (and accurate) estimate and immediately started on the repair.   I cannot overemphasize how pleased I am with this company, and all of the personnel I have come in contact with.  I will sing their praises high and wide to anyone who needs assistance with their garage door!

Very professional.  Technician arrived at the time he said he would.  He quickly evaluated the problem and proceeded to properly align my garage door which was frequently jumping track.  Part of the special was a surge protector for the door opener, which he also installed.  There was something about the surge protector that did not let the light turn off after the door cycled, so I had to call him back the next day.  Even though we were a long way from his location, he made the trip back and corrected the problem.  The door has worked properly ever since.  I'm very satisfied.

Fine, I'll definitely call them if I need to have the door or opener serviced in the future. I like this company much better than the last place I used when I had to have springs replaced.
