Someone called me that same night to schedule an appt, apparently they have 24/7 support. I was able to schedule an appt with my tight schedule and for the minor repair they did it was maybe 20 mins they were here. Very prompt and professional. Generous enough to let me know of other services they provide to make my garage door better.

He tried really hard to up sell me, but due to financial restrictions, I had to shoot him down and stick to my guns. But everything was installed quickly, neatly, and works perfectly. He even tightened some bolts and pointed out some areas to keep an eye on because the bolts were backing-out.

We had an issue with the initial installation but we are very satisfied with how quick and courteous the company was to resolve the problem! There was a communication problem on the part of the technician. Without confirming handle placement with me, he installed 1 set of handles in the center of our double garage door. From pictures on the company website and the invoice we expected 2 sets of handles (a set on each side). To correct the problem, the company had to replace the door panel that already had handles in the center with a new panel. The new panel was at their expense and they followed up with excellent customer care!

Excellent service. The tech that diagnosed our problem gave us options and prices. No pressure to replace or repair. We ended up replacing our door and were told the timeline. Installation was a breeze. Everyone we have dealt with at Precision has been very nice and helpful.
