Service man was able to get my door back on track and advised me that my door needed replacing and gave me a price of what that would cost. He was very nice and explained and showed me why my door needed replacing. I was very pleased with the service I received and will contact his company when I get the funds to replace my door.

The experience was pleasantly professional from when I picked up the phone to call until the technician left my house. Same day service at no extra charge makes emergencies only an inconvenience.

This is an excellent company. From the moment the phone was answered to when my technician, Rick left. The young lady that answered the phone listened and asked clarifying questions. She wasn't in a rush to get me off the phone. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. Shortly after getting off the phone with her, I received an email showing pictures of their employee, relaying how they would be dressed to ensure I would feel comfortable. Rick showed on time and was very thorough. He took the time to walk me through his assessment and what he had completed to correct the current issue. He gave me 3 different options to choose from to upgrade to a newer motor and remotes. He was very personable, completed his work in an efficient and timely manner. This is one incredible company that inspires me to up my level of customer service at my own job!

Did quality work fast.

I needed a garage door opener repaired or replaced. Precision Door Service came out and gave me an estimate on repair and a price for replacing the opener. I have two doors and openers that were very old that had exceeded their lifetime. They had the openers on the truck and installed them at that time . They were professional and the price was reasonable. I would use them again if I ever need garage door service.

They notified my they could actually come a day earlier than the online appointment service indicated. The technician called to confirm arrival time. He was courteous, examined the door and all operating mechanisms carefully, recommended the repairs & adjustments required, provided me a fair & reasonable estimate, completed the repairs in a timely and professional manner, and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend Precision Door Service to others based on my experience.
