Company resolved discount issue after the fact which I appreciated. Well almost two months after the fact and the issue was not resolved after they said they would.

I was impressed with the overall experience from booking the service call, to their promptness to the installation. They came out the same day I called to assess the situation and came back the next day with the new door. They did give me lower cost options which involved keeping my old door but since it was in bad shape and I made the decision to go ahead and replace it. They took my old keypad and moved it to the other garage door (have a 3 car) because the new keypad works on a different frequency. The Angie's List coupon saved me $180. They definitely knew what they were doing and I will use them again.
