Had a clogged bathroom sink and a slight leak - the previous owners of my house had done some really gnarly DIY plumbing fixturing under that sink that always made me nervous. Derek got the clog and totally replaced the fixtures, quick and professional, and a friendly guy. Will use Heritage again and recommend.

We'd been planning for a ductless air conditioning and heating system. Our technician knew the product very well and gave us clear and thorough explanations of how the Mitsubishi system worked. He was very courteous and finished the install in a timely fashion. We're really happy with our new system.

Prompt, professional, service. Had electrical upgrade from 100amp service to 200amp service, garbage disposal installation, and bathroom exhaust fan installation with vent. Excellent work, and I really appreciated that booties were worn over shoes in my house. Well done.

Very Professional = Prompt, thorough, knowledgeable. Confident in the quality of work done. Had electrical upgrade to 200amp service, garbage disposal and bathroom exhaust fan installed and vented. Appreciated the booties that were worn over shoes while in my house. Everything was cleaned up when the job was done. Top dollar, but top quality, which is greatly appreciated.

Heritage installed and serviced this system for 12 years. Prices are horrible!!! They are way,way above competition and some parts of the installation werte not to code! Equipment was fair quality -bot the best, not the worst and did not hold up well at all. Servicmen were always coming to point out all kinds of additional work and (so I was told) because they get kickbacks on all the work they sell!! I was quoted some work last year at $550. Did not get it done until a couple of months later anbd by then it was over $600. Price goes up a hundred bucks in two months? Idon't think so. Would not do business with these people ever again.

Though we try to keep our prices as consistent as possible, they can vary depending on the current part rates from our vendors. It's also possible technicians may quote work differently depending on their findings (perhaps something else was needed/suggested 2 months later?) We stand by our pricing policies, including always providing pricing upfront before performing any work, and providing multiple options so that customers can choose the best solution to fit their needs.
