It was a great experience. 1. Done four days earlier than planned. 2. Josh G. was fast, and 2 faucets look and work great. He cleaned up and provided explanation of service fees prior to job and again at payment. 3. Josh G is professional and personable. 4. Done in one visit unlike most companies which come to do estimate and then 2nd time to do job. I am moving to Hampton, NH and am delighted to know I am able to have Heritage service my new home.

We contracted with Heritage to upgrade an outlet we wanted for a washer and dryer, to be GFCI compliant. What I liked the most about working with them is that they don't need to come for an estimate and THEN come back (they can though), they just bring the van at a scheduled time and get to work. We had them upgrade one of our outlets to be GFCI compliant as it was to be used for a washer and dryer. They were prompt, efficient, and came in towards the lower-to-mid range of what I expected based on research and conversations. The added bonus is that they recommended some things and offered helpful insights on other things they observed (about the breaker box, other wiring, etc.). This is much appreciated, especially since we are first time homeowners, and eager to educate ourselves on our home. Highly recommend.
