This company will not quote you a price up front. They claim they charge by the job. If you are doing an upgrade to your kitchen like I did, shop around for different plumbers. I had them disconnect my old sink, the price was very reasonable. But, when I had a new sink connected I was told if there weren't any complications it shouldn't be too expensive. To have my new sink connected without any complications ended up costing $633.00 for a 45 minute job. Next time I will know better and get quotes from others.

Jason G did the annual maintenance for 2 A/C units. Was thorough and knowledgeable and explained every procedure as he went. While in the basement doing work on the air handler, he noticed that the container beneath a vent valve on the furnace was full of water. He fixed that problem also. Great asset to his company.

Josh G. did a wonderful job. He brought all our water piping in the basment up to code including moving the pipes for our washer for easier access. He left the basement spotless. He was very professional and kept me informed of any issues as they came up. We are having him come back for work on our bathroom.

From the office staff who scheduled our project, to Dave our plumber who completed the work, this company was a pleasure to work with when requesting evaluation of our drains. Dave was prompt and pleasant, and even went above and beyond by discussing his findings with the future home owners. Would definitely recommend this company.

They're expensive but are very efficiently-run (answer the phone, return calls, transmit info), carry good products and install them well, and very professional overall. So you save on aggravation (caused by unreturned calls, low-quality materials falling apart, etc.) and extra running around if you need the job done within a set time frame. Keith, my technician, and the home desk staff (Robin?, Maureen) were also just plain very nice and polite, as well as efficient.
