Never used them before and they went out of their way to help us as soon as possible. (The next day). Followed all the rules during this virus time and got us back in working order all in the same day. They were great and will continue to use them.

When they called (after I assume HomeAdvisor contacted them), I was told it would cost $89 to come out to give me an estimate. I had no problem with that but tried to get some rough estimate on how much a straightforward replacement of faucet would cost - but no estimate. When the plumber arrived, he first tried to get me to join some membership in order to get some percentage reduction in the cost (but I still had no idea of that cost). Bottom line was that the cost was over $600 for one hour of work. I will add that the plumber did an excellent job so I have no issues with their work. It is more about how they charge for their work. Next time, I will either find someone that is willing to charge by the hour or is willing to provide free estimates.

I came home from work to find all my drains were not draining. I tried some basic troubleshooting, but could not figure out the issue. I called heritage ( which was after hours). Within an hour, the technician Derek arrived, I gave all the information to him, and he started immediately. We narrowed it down to an issue with the septic. 10pm we are outside digging up the septic to get a look. Dereks knowledge and experience quickly identified the issue. The whole time he was friendly and informative. It didnâ t matter the time of night it was, he was determined to fix the issue. He was repairing in a way that would keep the cost down. That rarely happens with contractors. Within 30 minutes, he had the main drain cleared from the house to the septic. Derek even took the effort to double check from the opposite end in my house to make sure it was up to his standards. The whole time he is sharing knowledge and explaining the cause and effects and how the system is designed. When the job was finished, we went over the invoice. I couldnâ t believe the price! For emergency service, and the work that was done, the price was extremely fair. I highly recommend heritage plumbing and heating, and of course Derek.

They called right away which was good.. quoted me 89 to come out but waived once they do the repairs. The tech calls me while on the way and says what did they quote yoy on the phone.. i tell him Nd he is like oh no.. i do not know why they told you that, its 189 just to diagnose the problem. I told him forget it.. just turn your truck right around. Lol.. Would not recommend, not honest or up front with costs . No thanks.

Came in the same day we contacted them. Unlike other plumbing companies, they don't charge by the hour, but instead they charge based on the work which is something I like.
