Fast for the repair. Price was high.
They seemed very professional and friendly, and had great reviews. I also hired them because they offered a relatively low rate for the visit as opposed to other providers. Waited three weeks for an appointment. When they came, their electrician did some kind of testing on our problem (I was not present) but made no repairs or offered real solutions. He invoiced over 3 times for the visit from what I had been quoted on the phone. Moreover, he exchanged our smoke detectors for a cost of $150 apiece. He represented that he would exchange the hard wired bases as well. All he did was go to the hardware store 5 minutes away, buy the detectors for $30 each, unplug our old ones, and plug the new ones. That was $150 each. I expected to pay $89 for the visit plus whatever it would have cost to do actual repair work. Instead, we paid over $1,000 for an electrician who came to our house for 2-3 hours, took a quick trip to the store, and climbed on a ladder a few times. Our problem remains unsolved. When I called their number to question these charges (not rudely but simply puzzled) the same friendly lady I had spoken to before became noticeably annoyed and stone-walled me with: "The rates are correct." I left a message looking to speak to someone else a few days later. This was three weeks ago. I have not heard from anyone. I threw $1,000 for nothing on these people. Beware despite good reviews.
