I was able to book my appointment on-line and received a call within 24 hours. Although I had to reschedule for a different day, they were very accommodating. I received a call from the office again on the day of and from the plumber 1/2 hour before he arrived. He was very polite, put covers over his shoes and quickly assessed the problem. He gave me a price before working. He did the job in about a half hour and did a total clean-up after. Heritage has a special membership program which saves money. I was so impressed and so happy to have someone I can rely on at last. No more "yellow page" or "phone a friend" searching. Definitely a 5 Star for this company.
