I had both electricians and plumbers who performed the work of the generator installation, transfer install as well as the plumbing to the propane tank-generator. Considering the time of year with hurricanes and inclement weather, the generators and transfer switches were backordered however, my job was completed within a 2 month period from the initial quote to finish- considering all of the obstacles that we faced, they did a fantastic job.

They are unreasonably expensive. These were two small jobs which were completed in less than 2 hours - replacing a kitchen sink faucet and replacing a kitchen sink p-pip, but I didnÂ’t realize until the work was done that I had to pay almost $700. Totally unacceptable.

We had no heat in one of the bedrooms of a rental property. Heritage came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and found other issues with the system. It hadn't been cleaned in a few years and some of the valves were old and rusted. Bernie explained everything that he recommended doing and stayed the day to complete the work. I was very happy that they price by the job, not the hour, so he could take his time and be thorough. Of course I spent more money than I planned, but the system did need the work, and plumbing is expensive. I would highly recommend Heritage, and especially Bernie.

I have a really old house and plumbing system. I feel like they did the best they could with what they had to work with, but barring a complete renvation not much could be done. It was kind of expensive but the effort put i justifies it.
