We scheduled them for the coming week, so I can't speak from experience other than that the person taking my info on the phone and explaining how they work inspired confidence. We wanted someone with experience working in older homes and they have that.

This was somewhat on the high side on pricing but the quality and consciousness of the job was super fantastic!! They not only did our work but provided recommendations and promptly arranged for fixing other items that needed to be corrected. We will keep using them.

Very very expensive for 5 minutes job. He did not use any of his own material to fix the focet. He charge $296. The piece was under Koler warranty. Just to come to your house they charge $98. Costumer service was rude. I will never use use this again.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
