Talented techs, completed the work in a time frame promised when I ordered the work. I am a bit concerned that the work was originally not scheduled on a day that I required, and I still need to hear back since there is some minor follow-up work to do, but I am hopeful that will happen in a timely manner.

Bill did a rapid job of arranging for a major job of replacing a hot water heater and furnace damaged by water. It also involved carpentry work to replace the water damaged walls. The result was excellent.

The Heritage technician was was prompt and courteous. We called in at 7;30 am and Tom G was here by 9:15 am; 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled repair window. His work was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend both Heritage and Tom Golliver for plumbing and heating needs. We have used Heritage in the past for furnace, air conditioning and Water heater installations and have always been very satisfied.
