We recently swapped our AC ductless split unit for AC/Heat ductless split units and we love the flexibility. We were having a problem with the Master Bedroom unit not producing enough cool air and called for service. Stephanie took our call, checked our history, and made arrangements to have someone come out the same day - great phone presence. Jamie C came to the house and provided excellent customer service and patiently addressed all of my questions and provided suggestions for keeping the units in top shape. I couldn't have asked for better service, courtesy, or kindness!

My service tech Josh W. was very professional answered all my questions. The job was finished in a timely manner. He was clean, efficient, and pleasant.

Our AC broke in the middle of a heat wave. We called Heritage and a repairman came and fixed it the next day! Josh W. was very professional; he explained the malfunction and the cost clearly and repaired our AC in less than an hour. Very happy with our experience. We will definitely use Heritage again.

Rich Carmichael was an outstanding plumber who knew his trade expertly and he explained excellently on how the different ways problem could be fixed. Very knowledgable when trouble-shooting and getting to a solution. Also, no mess left behind, and gave a number of ways to be more pre-maintenance minded in the future. Gets more than 5 stars as his skill and talents were very impressive. Also provided ways to keep costs down in the future.

Keith was fantastic, very punctual and most important he kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He was very honest and gave me his thoughts on what he would do if it were his house. I would also like to say that I have always been extremely happy with the work of Heritage and it's folks. A great organization!!
