Handle fell off tub faucet. Repairman said $965 repair. No other options given. I declined further service. We picked up a $5 handle at hardware store and problem solved. I reached out to higher ups and they did contact me, apologized, wished I had been told that I had the option of putting a new handle but there could be other work needed in the future or I could do all the work he wanted for his price. They did refund me the $85.00 I paid to have him show up so I can't say they're all bad or buyer beware. Hopefully by now they have changed how they handle these types of service calls in the future.

Repairman was terrific - knowledgeable, professional and very personable. He seemed committed to doing the best job possible. The cost of replacing a bathroom sink faucet was just a little more expensive that I thought it would be.
