Adam was my technician. He showed up on time and stayed until the job was complete. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. I would use Heritage again and will recommend them to those I know based on my experience with Adam and Heritage.

The technician (Richard) was very professional. We wanted a second opinion on a couple of parts we were told we needed when our Central AC was tuned by another company. We were suspect because the other technician didn't show us the worn parts before putting everything back together. Richard pointed out that the dual capacitors were only 2 years old and therefore didn't need replacement; only a new condenser motor was needed. It saved us about $300. However, their AC tune-up cost is a bit more expensive compared than other companies, but it includes 6 month coverage (which the most other companies don't include).

The installation by Heritage was outstanding. Their team came with two fully stocked box trucks so there was no running for parts. This was a fixed-price oil burner replacement job. I'm positive I could have found a lower quote, but I'm not at all sure about the resulting quality. I'm a veteran homeowner (seven homes) with literally hundreds of projects over the last 50 years, so I can spot a quality job when I see one. THIS WAS A HIGH_QUALITY RESULT.
