    They came out the day after I submitted a request and were out the day after to remove the bald-faced hornet nest that was hanging from the eave of my garage. They also sprayed around the rest of the house, so no more hornets for the year. I was satisfied with the work and the speedy response.

    I cannot speak to their quality. However I can speak to their customer service. I hired them for pest control and later ended up not needing them. So I called a week ahead to cancel. All the calls and voicemails were left unanswered (they were prompt to return calls when I was hiring them, though). After 6 days of calls, they never respond and then showed up at the door and charged me a cancellation fee. When I asked why I never got a response, they said they never got a call from me. I showed them the call log , specifically when I left a voicemail, and the response was this call is 30 Seconds but a voicemail is usually at least 38 seconds. And I am guessing most of the 30 seconds was the phone ringing because the call time starts when it rings and not when it connects?. I refuted about the call timer and also confirmed with the phone company that the timer starts when the call connects. I also sent screenshots of my call log where I had called them. Unfortunately they were only responsive when you book and not when you had to cancel. When I asked why I was not made aware of the cancellation charge during booking, it was made to be my fault and they responded with well you wanted to book the services so I got you on the schedule and did not let you know about cancellation policy?. I have since reached about a resolution and no response.

    I think I was helped, I feel the service is very expensive for what is offered, but I suppose Howard charges what he feels the market will bear. There will be additional expense in hiring people in the spring to secure the areas wh. are making the mice access my house.
