Received the first callback within minutes of submitting my inquiry, and the gentleman was very informative and professional. Warren was my technician, he showed up exactly on time, prepared for the work. He immediately scoped out the problem (yellow jacket nest) and explained what he would be doing. He proceeded to look around, make sure nothing else was present, then donned his suit, powdered and and sprayed and provided clear instructions for me to verify that the nest was dead in the next 14 days. He assured me they would return at no cost if it was not gone by the end of 14 days. Will absolutely use them again, it was great service.
