Forthright in their assessment of my problem

Company contacted me promptly and scheduled service quickly. I have edited this review because I had marked them down a bit for not making a follow-up call but that was a bit hasty as I received a call from them and they answered my questions at almost the exact moment that I completed my original review.

This company took the time to find out what my family needs were and explained in detail what was best way to take care of our pest problem. Other companies I spoke with wanted to charge a lot more and would not answer any questions upfront! Freedom came out did a great job and was quick and very professional! I would tell anyone to call Freedom First!

Great company and personnel.

wow, no signs (mice poop) really fast.

They showed up on time and they got right to business. They started outside and then came inside. Everything was quick, price was great and they were amazing.

It has only been a few days since the service and we still have a very few bees roaming around. They said it could take a couple of weeks for all to be gone. We are pleased and hopeful.

It was recommended that we wait until the pests were active again prior to treatment, we did and they took care of our bug problem.

My first meeting there was miscommunication on their end and their person was sick and nobody called to tell me that so I waited around during my work hours on someone to show up and they were very very late. They came out when it was convenient for me then and we're not at the house very long, did what they needed to do, answered my questions, dropped about nine or 10 traps and that was that. I called several weeks later and still had mice and the owner told me what he thought I needed to do and why he thought I still had them and told me that the food they left that was killing them was going to run out of power soon and would not work much longer. No one has ever called to check on me to see if I still have mice, which I do. I have done what he wanted me to do plus much much more and now I have to hire another service to come out here to take care of the mice that should be already taken care of. I live in a beautiful home and a very nice addition and I should not have mice in my house especially after service has been to my home that I have paid quite nicely.

Freedom Pest Control was super easy to work with and sent a technician over right away to address our mice problem.
