Great customer service, knowledge & willingness to help. Howard the owner was easy to work with on what was needed to be done & scheduling. My service tech Warren M did a great job. I had 2 treatments spaced 2 weeks apart. He was on time, very friendly & knew exactly what he was doing. Their prices aren t the lowest but you get what you pay for. They are a good value. I highly recommend them.

Howard promptly respond to my initial request for estimate and service and explained pricing. Warren was the technician who handled my job. He was able to arrive earlier than scheduled, was very nice and provided a thorough explanation of what he would do to treat the problem and why. In addition, he walked me through what to look for and clearly pointed out potential entry points which should be sealed. When he returned a couple of weeks later for the follow up appointment, he was again prompt and very courteous and thorough. I would definitely recommend Freedom Pest Control and Warren to fix your problem!
