The price was right. $ 275 for a two application process for the whole house + the exterior of the house. We had some carpenter ants discovered during a bathroom remodel.

Have had a mouse problem for months. Two weeks ago, Warren came to the house, laid traps and walked me through everything. Today, he came back for the follow-up, and I haven’t seen any sign of mice since the first visit. Both times, Warren came early (called ahead to confirm), was efficient, answered all my questions and shared some tips. Bonus points for him being so comfortable with our 3 large dogs!

They were the only one of the three that I contacted that didnâ t want to charge me for a subscription service. Ya know, so they can charge you for work if you forget to schedule service or if it gets forgotten somehow. Not in the mood for yet another monthly fee.
