There is a specific person named Howard who was very helpful and explained everything. However, they weren't able to come when we had scheduled which was a bit frustrating.

Sara, as we did apologize that we were not going to be able to make the scheduled appointment because the assigned technician had a medical emergency and was in the Hospital we did call as soon as we found this out and rescheduled with our apologies. And again we are sorry to have had to change your appointment time.
