The person who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was VERY polite and personable! He was easy to talk to and didn't make you feel stupid for asking questions. They were able to schedule me for the next day and were prompt. I was told every step of the process that was going to happen to get rid of the yellow jacket nest. I thought the price was a bit high, but they did what they said they would do. I would recommend them and use them again if needed (hopefully not!).

The guy on the phone who set up the appointments was great, and gave me some great tips about where mice might be coming in from. It's important to know that when they set up an appointment, they give their tech a window to arrive that could be a half hour later, and both times he arrived right at the half hour mark and then spent 10-20 minutes preparing in the truck before he came in. We had to be out of the house for 2 hours after they sprayed for ants and should have planned more time with the dog before our next activity, since they started later than we expected. Otherwise, everything was great! The technician was professional and explained what he was doing and walked me through what he saw as he did his work.

So far so good. I have had the first treatment done. It has worked well so far. I look to have to have three treatment done to really get rid of the problem. Not the cheapest company but I would recommend them.

Yellow jackets behind the siding. Freedom Pest Control came the next day. After 2 weeks the yellow jackets have not returned.

The technician made sure I was informed of everything he was doing. He was very efficient and seemed to be an expert. I no longer have any ants in my house. In fact, I haven't seen one since the day of the treatment.
