Hiring them was easy, they got back to me right away, and it was Sunday! The next day, Matt showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and why. He got to work and did a thoruogh job. Matt was friendly , helpful, and professional. I'd hire them again, no question.

They did an outstanding job and I don't have any problems anymore. They came out the first time, said if I see anything else to call them back. I did see more, I called them, they came out, did not charge me and came out a third time just to double check and again, did not charge me. I am very impressed with there customer service. They were gentleman, thoughtful, on time and did what they said they would do.

Bedbugs. Something I thought was just a myth until I moved into this small apartment and felt like no one was helping me, even my landlord. This was when friends and family recommended this company to me and I decided to call them. Not only did Howard calm me down, he helped me educate my landlord about these pests and told me what I needed to do to be prepared and how to prevent getting them in the future. Matt was the technician and he was very sweet and just as knowledgeable. He took care of the problem for my car and my small apartment - was on time and supported me to getting my life back on track. He found an egg within FIVE minutes of being inside my apartment and prevented it from hatching where as the "other expert" hired by my landlord missed it completely. Don't hesitate. Call these guys.
