"Taylor came out in person to do the estimate and did a great job scoping out our project. Traditional Concepts removed the pavers from our patio, re-leveled the substrate and reinstalled the pavers and used new edging. "Kent was very professional and friendly. He rebuilt our chimney and replace several bricks around the house. He did what he needed to do to protect our deck and lawn. Matt worked with me and gave me a very good estimate. Tim came out and matched the brick the best he could, with the house being 34 years. I was very impressed with the overall project. "Kent Rooker from Rooker Masonry rebuilt a damaged retaining wall and tuck pointed a brick entryway for me. I was very pleased with the finished job and all aspects of working with Kent. He was fairly priced, responsive and prompt. He always came when he said he would and completed the job quickly. It was obvious that he cared about doing a great job. When he was done, he cleaned up really well and took the debris with him. I would recommend him to my friends and certainly would hire him again."

"They respond quickly to feedback and put my satisfaction with the project first and foremost. They even came out on a holiday day to inspect an issue I raised. I was amazed at how well they cleaned up - they removed a wooden deck and not a screw, a nail or a chip of wood was found. I am very pleased with the patio design - it maximized the available space and incorporated a pattern I liked. All this and they worked within my budget which was modest."

"Got my wooden retaining wall replaced with cornerstone blocks. Jeff and team did an excellent job. My neighbors also appreciated the work. There was shortage of manpower during the Covid time, however Jeff was in constant touch and made sure that the work is done before Thanksgiving. Took suggestions from Jeff for changes to my deck and constructing a patio. Will be taking up my next project next year spring."
