I believe their names were Erich Roeder and Greg (we never got his last name maybe?) and they were just the kind of electricians you want. They arrived as scheduled, and got right to work. They gave a complete and full diagnostic of a set of failed circuits, and made a couple of recommendations to resolve. They got us fixed temporarily since we had visitors and didn't want them climbing around in the attic or ripping out drywall late in the evening. After the holidays we'll have them back to do a proper permanent repair. I fully recommend Joe Schmo's and will use them again myself."

"Chris, the owner, was very knowledgeable about the type of furnace we needed, as well as could afford. He knew how big it should be for the size of the house. We have been using it this winter and even in the coldest period, it kept the temperature perfect. Chris did the install in minimal time and with professionalism. He even put in a flap, so that if we wanted to use our wood furnace it would close off the gas furnace flu, so the electronics would not overheat. We were very comfortable with him in our home."

"These people are professional and they truly care about their clients. I was very upset when calling for help. The person who answered calmed me down and assured me that she would have the scheduler call right away. The scheduler did exactly that and also helped me to calm down. Made sure I was next on the list, once the home well pro (Tom) had finished the job he currently was on. Tom called later, about 30 minutes prior to arrival, to be sure I was home. When he arrived, he was courteous, did everything he could to keep my house clean as he worked, explained to me what he was doing and what he discovered and how he fixed it. Turned out to be not a huge issue - just something I did not know how to fix. He was very reassuring and non-judgemental. Spent some time teaching me about home wells. Very apparent that he knew his craft. I told him over and over agin how much i appreciated his help and his kindness. The repair cost was also very reasonable. I recommend this company. Will definitely contact them again if we run into home well issues, although I hope we won t have to!!! "I don't normally like to give 5 star reviews, not because they're not possible, but because I feel like most people just spam the 5 star button and don't give reasonable explanations to fit the rating. In this case though it really was 5 star service. Nathaniel was our HVAC Technician and he did an excellent job explaining everything he was working through and looking at when diagnosing our central AC system and inspecting and cleaning the indoor and outdoor units. The appointment ended with my wife and I both very much more knowledgeable than we started out at, about both AC systems and the various parts and processes in general, and our own system's status (A lot of that information was not made very clear to us when we purchased the house a year ago). I now feel I have a good idea of how well our current system is performing and am better prepared to make the right decisions going forward about what parts may need replaced, when, for how much, etc. Not only was he very informative, but he obviously did good work on our system as it's running much more efficiently now that he's tuned it up and replaced a couple items that were in need of replacement. Overall, very helpful and very happy with the service Nathaniel provided. Will be using One Hour again come winter time for furnace checks."

"Dial one hour has never let me down as far as time it takes for emergent issues like the one I just had to be assessed: no heat in house. The service tech Jaydon Was at my house the morning after i reported my issue the previous late afternoon. The tech, Jaydon, had to replace Honeywell thermostat that was just over 2 yrs old. He was at my house At 830 am and finished job by 11am and heat is back ON. I really appreciated jaydon diagnosing my issue and repairing it so quickly!"
