This client had a Wasp Nest in the eve of her home we inspected and removed this nest along with 2 smaller ones the treatment was 100% successful and we did call the client to find out why she was not happy but she just hung up. We don't understand the poor review when the service was 100% completed and successful but if the client won't tell us what is wrong we can't fix it. We strive to make all our clients happy with the service we provide and do what ever we can to make them a satisfied client.
