I like to learn about what I need to do better . Service rep was more than willing to educate me . He also gave good examples of what to look for in the future . The two treatments could not have been more perfect.

The service tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. To rid our home of Carpenter ants required two separate applications two weeks apart. The covered the interior, exterior and crawl space (including the garage). I thought the price was high. Then expected, but the problem was resolved in the two applications.

Excellent. A couple ants did seem to have survived the treatment. They must have strong genes, but not strong enough to survive my finger-squashing, and the main thing is that the infestation is over (besides which, a second treatment in a couple weeks - part of Freedom's routine - will take care of whatever ants, if any, are still alive). Job well done!

Was told two treatments would take care of the problem 90 percent of the time. After paying $500.00 for service a month later ants are everywhere. When called I was told maybe a third treatment would be required at another $225.00 Think I have been scammed!

Tim Baldinger (a.k.a. Awesome Tim) came to the rescue the day after I spoke to him on the phone about the mouse traffic I could hear in the wall of my home office. He did a very thorough check and found a problem/point of entry that I would have NEVER spotted myself. He gave me some great suggestions to alleviate the issue and also placed bait traps outside (away from anyplace our senior Pug could get into it) and returned in 2 weeks to check in. Have not heard a SINGLE issue since Tim worked his magic and we have closed off our points of entry. THANK YOU!!!! Great service and we HOPE to never need them again, but would hire again in a heartbeat if needed.

Tim Ballinger was the person who came to exterminate bed bugs for my brother's house. He was courteous, friendly, professional & he was knowledgeable about his business. He was patient with my brother even though my brother didn't fully carry out all of Tim's instructions. We would highly recommend Freedom Pest Control and specifically Awesome Tim. If a person has to have bed bugs it's good to know there is a company out there like Freedom Pest Control who hire people like Tim.

Thorough, friendly, decent dude!

We heard sounds in our attic. Not sure what was making the noise. Contacted Freedom Pest and Tim inspected our home came and was very informative of what could be causing the noise. He placed baits at possible entry points. Returned two weeks later to check for any signs of active rodents. We will continue to utilize Freedom Pest in the near future if needed! Thanks Tim!!
