I contacted Freedom Pest Control for a ground bee nest in a mulch bed near our pool. After getting stung 4 times myself and having dogs who frequent this area, I needed to get the issue resolved quickly. Their technician, "Awesome" Tim arrived on time the same day I called and did a thorough job identifying and getting rid of other nests around our home in addition to treating the ground bee nest. Tim mentioned to keep an eye on the nest and if in a few weeks there was any activity, to just call them back. This is exactly what happened and I called Freedom back today and Tim returned a few hours after I called to re-treat the large nest again. I havent dealt with many pest control companies in the past but I would highly recommend Freedom Pest Control to anyone as Tim is extremely knowledgeble, Howard was extremely responsive to my requests on both occasions and they back up their services to make sure the customer is taken care of properly.

Tim was exceptional in every way. He was polite, explained everything he was going to do. He answered all my questions. He showed me 2 points of entry where the wasps were getting in and he treated it all. Also the appointment was set for 2:45 and he showed up early which I appreciated because I leave for work at 3pm. I highly recommend Freedom and will use them again if the need arises.

I would 100% recommend Freedom Pest Control. Tim has taken care of us for two years now from ants to mosquitoes outside to random bugs we find and dont want any more of inside. Tim is always professional, quickly responsive, knowledgeable and never tries to oversell. I cant imagine using anyone else.

Prompt, professional, and guaranteed work. I called in the morning and Awesome Tim showed up at 3 PM the same day. He explained the procedure for eliminating the bees, performed the service, and stated he would return with no extra charge if the problem was not solved. This company has my highest recommendation.
