very informative of what was being done. what to do for follow up. Happy with professionalism and knowledge. I had called several different companies none got back to me. Freedom had a response instantly. I have a severe bee allergy. I would refer this company to anyone. the charges were great. extremely HAPPY. Warren Is GREAT

I have been plagued with rodents (most likely mice) in my upper crawl space (under the roof). Warren thoroughly set bait and went around the house with me to point out possible points of entry. The owner of Freedom even had a list of reputable handymen I could contact to take care of the potential entry points. (I was most happy with the fellow who performed the handyman tasks, too!) Warren will be back in two weeks to check the baits. He also found a hornet's nest and took care of that for me while he was at my home. I have found Warren and this company to be very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Just completed my third application. When hiring Freedom, they advised that their applications are generally 80% successful after two applications. They were correct and after three applications we were ant free. Warren, our technician is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful in advise if on steps to take. We plan on continuing a regular program of maintenance.

Did a great job, not only got rid of the active wasp nest but inspected rest of property for other problems and fixed those too. Rep was very professional and was good with COVID precautions.
