They did a very thorough job on a spring treatment of the house. We had been on a quarterly service with another company and Freedom suggested that we treat it and wait to see if we had any issues. Very imformable, and did a great job.

We recently moved into a new office location that is still partly under construction. Noticing ants were already roaming around a couple of the offices, we had Howard come out to exterminate. Howard was great, very informative. Not only did he show up on time (which is getting to be a rarity indeed!) and do what was expected, Howard also gave us some tips and tricks about how to keep ants and other pests at bay. Seeing the construction in progress, he made sure to walk us around the property and point out some entrance areas that may cause us trouble down the road if they weren’t closed properly before siding installation. Howard took care of what we wanted and wasn’t at all pushy at selling anything else although we did end up signing up for mosquito control too. We look forward to the same great level of service.

We had a severe problem with carpenter bees. It has been 2 weeks since they sprayed and we have not seen any activity or woodpeckers putting more holes in our clapboards. We are very pleased with Matt for a great job!!!!
